Welcome to StyledByAmaka. Here is where your story meets style.

I’m your stylist Amaka. Amaka is short for Uzoamaka, a Nigerian Igbo name.
Uzoamaka means “the road is good” or “a fruitful path,” while Amaka itself means “beautiful” or “precious.”When I was given this name, I understood early on that my journey was destined to be both faithful and beautiful, it’s a path I’d one day want to share with others.

Styledbyamaka was born from the simplest of truths: a pure, undeniable passion for fashion. In 2020, when the world was at a standstill, I found comfort in creativity. What began as a humble hobby: piecing together outfits, building moodboards, helping friends figure out “what to wear”, slowly blossomed into something far greater than I ever imagined. From my very name, you can tell: the road has been good to me.
What started as quiet curiosity became a calling I never saw coming. Since then, I’ve styled incredible women, guided people into newfound confidence, directed shoots, and offered virtual styling that’s connected me to amazing souls across the globe.
However what many people don’t see is that this isn’t just a business for my clients.

It’s a journey for me too.

Every fitting, every created board, every moment when my clients see themselves and truly love what they see, it shapes me. It stretches me. I’m learning, evolving and growing right alongside you. As I pour into you, I’m also building myself. Navigating my own road. Finding deeper layers of my own confidence. It’s a privilege to do that hand-in-hand with each of you.
